Grade Level Yoga

Students will join on the campus for Yoga flow under the sun, fallowed by simple posture techniques to support the core and immune system. Each class is themed with a topic (responsibility/self care). Every class begins and ends with specific breath work. One type of breathing fallowed by movement and the other eliminates stress levels within 60 seconds.

All mats and blocks are provided.

Bring a water bottle and a willing heart.
